Why trust Data Land?
On April 10, 2019, Data Land Inc. launches The Miren Enclaves Palawan., a condominium project in Puerto Princesa City that will have only 184 residential units. The project is expected to be finished in about 2 years located along BM Road, Brgy. San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. But this colossal residential project is not the first for Data Land. Some of Data Land’s other projects are the 2-tower 40-story fully master-planned condominium called The Silk Residences in Sta. Mesa, Manila; The Olive Place in Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City; and the modern midscale Ivy Wall Hotel in Puerto Princesa City.
According to Rouen Abel Raz, Data Land’s vice president for sales and marketing during the launching (which was attended Gov. Jose Alvarez of Palawan) at the Ivy Wall Hotel, the company decided to “bring the condominium project to Palawan because of its economic growth and the province is the best island in the world”.
